Ons Tehuis Brabant vzw (“OTB”) is a licensed care provider that provides care and guidance for adults with a mental disability.

OTB has seven living groups in three residential buildings and also a day centre on the main campus (address: Perksesteenweg 126 in 1910 Kampenhout).

For the more independent clients, OTB also has an inclusive home, called Zuurhage (address: Zuurhage 4 in 1910 Kampenhout).

The purpose of the present proceedings is to appoint a service provider, for a period of 60 months, who plans, organises and carries out taxi transport for OTB's clients in a safe, reliable and as qualitative, (cost-)effective and efficient way as possible.

The service provider rents the vehicles for passenger transport to OTB including the driver, draws up the trip schedules and is also responsible for the complete organization and dispatching of the assignment. The client is unburdened as much as possible.

It mainly concerns the daily collective transport with a maximum of two vehicles (minibuses with a maximum capacity of 8 seats per vehicle + the driver) of a number of external clients (= clients who do not live in OTB, and therefore only use the services of otb's day centre): transport on every weekday that the day centre is open, in the morning from the client's place of residence to OTB and in the evening from OTB back to the client's place of residence.

In addition, individual transport can also be requested for both external and internal clients. However, this happens rather exceptionally.
