This consultation concerns: MISSION of Assistance to the project management of Scheduling, Steering and Urban Coordination (OPC-U). As part of the conduct of the New Urban Renewal Project of Hauts de Melun, the City of Melun wishes to benefit from a mission to assist project owners in scheduling, management and urban coordination (Opc-U). The municipality expects this mission to articulate the various projects included in the NPRU convention but also those likely to be impacted or impacting on the perimeter of the NPRU, in time and space. Assistance mission to project management, scheduling, steering and urban coordination (OPC-U) whose challenges of this mission are: - have an overall visibility of the projects contributing to the requalification of the QPV Plateau de Corbeil-Plein Ciel and the neighboring sectors, by identifying all the sites, their perimeters, their schedules of realization, their project management, - make legible this set of operations which all contribute to the requalification of the districts of the QPV Plateau de Corbeil-Plein Ciel, and the neighboring sectors, through documents apprehended by the services and elected officials, - coordinate the interventions of demolition, construction of buildings, realization of public spaces and concessionary works managed by the various project owners in order to avoid inconsistencies that could penalize the sites between them or the overall project, - alert the City on the progress of current or future construction sites and possibly question certain sites (site installation, organization of construction phases, impact on public spaces, execution times, planning) in the event that the realization of a site or several operations would not be compatible or impossible in time, - be a force of proposal to optimize the organization of the sectors concerned in the construction phase (proposal of a project plan). traffic, signage adapted to pedestrian uses, bicycles, cars, security of spaces ...),- anticipate the impacts for the population and users of the sectors concerned so that the City can set up appropriate communication, - set up common tools for analysing the urban project that will make it possible to steer, pace and circulate information on the components of the project, - support the mission of the project team of the Urban Renewal department to support cooperation between project management teams, whether internal or external
