1. The subject of the contract are services consisting in maintaining the cleanliness of streets in the city of Kostrzyn nad Odrą, including the following tasks:

1.1. Task 1 – keeping the main streets in the city of Kostrzyn nad Odrą clean

1.2. Task 2 – keeping residential streets in the city of Kostrzyn nad Odrą clean

1.3. Task 3 – keeping clean communication stops in the city of Kostrzyn nad Odrą

1.4. Task 4 – Collection and management of municipal waste from urban areas

1.5. Task 5 – Manual cleaning of car parks

The scope of the work envisaged for execution shall include in particular:

- mechanical sweeping of streets, sidewalks and pedestrian and bicycle paths, outside peak traffic hours, i.e. outside the hours from 7.00 to 9.00 and from 15.00 to 18.00,

- emptying containers along with export to landfill and disposal,

- mechanical and chemical removal of weeds with their transport and waste disposal,

- additional mechanical sweeping of streets, sidewalks and paths,

- manual cleaning of information boards,

- manual cleaning of footbridges,

- removal of fallen stock and birds and their transfer for disposal;

The scope of the work envisaged for execution shall include in particular:

- mechanical sweeping of streets, including cleaning of the drainage of the speed bump on Banaszaka Street and sidewalks and pedestrian and bicycle paths along with the disposal of spoil, outside peak hours, i.e. outside the hours from 7.00 to 9.00 and from 15.00 to 18.00,

- mechanical sweeping of sidewalks and pedestrian and bicycle paths and disposal of spoil,

- emptying containers along with export to landfill and disposal,

- mechanical and chemical removal of weeds with their transport and waste disposal,

- additional mechanical sweeping of streets, sidewalks and paths,

- manual cleaning of boards and information poles,

- removal of fallen stock and birds and their transfer for disposal;

A detailed description of the subject of the contract for Task 2 is specified in the bill of quantities of works, constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ, the draft provisions of the contract - Annex No. 3 to the SWZ and the List of areas and places covered by the contract - Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.

The scope of the work envisaged for execution shall include in particular:

- manual cleaning of communication stops,

- cleaning windows in communication stops,

- washing the roof of the stop,

- intervention (at the request of the Ordering Party) manual cleaning of communication stops and cleaning of windows at communication stops;

A detailed description of the subject of the contract for Task 3 is specified in the bill of quantities of works, constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ, the draft provisions of the contract - Annex No. 3 to the SWZ and the List of areas and places covered by the contract - Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.

The scope of the work envisaged for execution shall include in particular:

- setting up containers for mixed waste with a capacity of 240l, their emptying and waste disposal,

- setting up containers for biodegradable waste with a capacity of 240l, their emptying and waste disposal,

- setting up mixed waste containers with a capacity of 120l, their emptying and waste disposal,

- setting up containers for mixed waste with a capacity of 1100l, their emptying and waste disposal,

- setting up containers for segregated waste of the igloo type, their emptying and waste disposal,

- setting up a container for biodegradable waste with a capacity of 7m3, their emptying and waste disposal (at the request of the Ordering Party),

- removal of waste lying at the containers,

- additional (at the request of the Ordering Party) setting up containers for mixed waste with a capacity of 120l, their emptying and disposal of waste, taking away the container,

- additional (at the request of the Ordering Party) setting up containers for mixed waste with a capacity of 1100l, their emptying and waste disposal, taking away the container;

The scope of the work envisaged for execution shall include in particular:

- manual cleaning of parking lots,

- additional manual cleaning of parking lots;
