preventive and curative maintenance of HVAC, heating, water treatment, ventilation and domestic hot water production facilities in the main municipal buildings managed and operated by the City of Villeneuve-Le-Roi, as well as works related to operations (preventive maintenance of P2 services, curative maintenance of maintenance, urgent and non-urgent repairs at the request of the City). As a single package, an allotment would make it technically difficult and financially more expensive to perform the services. The contract is for an initial period of one year, renewable by tacit agreement 3 times one year. Minimum amount: €0, maximum annual amount: €160,000 excluding VAT and maximum amount all periods included: €640,000 (excluding VAT). There are no variants or options. Financing terms: Equity. The purpose of the contract is the preventive and curative maintenance of the HVAC, heating, water treatment, ventilation and domestic hot water production facilities of the main municipal buildings managed and operated by the city of Villeneuve-Le-Roi, as well as works related to the operation. The services include: preventive maintenance of P2 services, representing the regular and routine preventive maintenance of the facilities; curative maintenance of maintenance, representing all the work necessary to maintain the facilities, including major repairs; Urgent and non-urgent emergency repairs at the request of the City.
