This Tender concerns a European public tender for the supply, maintenance and execution of repairs of pumps, mixers, augers, drives, telemetry, cutters, mixers, propellors, blowers, compressors and associated fittings and parts for water board Rivierenland (WSRL) and Waterschapsbedrijf Limburg (WBL).

With this tender, WSRL and WBL aim to conclude Framework Agreements with several entrepreneurs.

A Framework Agreement is concluded with the tenderers who have demonstrated the requested experience for both delivery, maintenance and repair of a certain type/brand of Product on Annex 2 Product List and where the tenderer complies with the provisions of the tender guide.

With this tender, WSRL and WBL aim to conclude framework agreements with several entrepreneurs for the supply, maintenance and repairs of pumps, mixers, augers, drives, telemetry, cutters, mixers, propellors, blowers, compressors and associated accessories and parts.

The expected estimated total contract value excluding VAT per year is for:

WSRL: approx. € 2.000.000 excluding VAT

WBL : approx. € 2.500.000 excluding VAT

WBL and WSRL separately conclude a Framework Agreement with the parties.

In accordance with the Public Procurement Act, it is possible to make use of the so-called lot scheme, whereby both WSRL and the WBL have the possibility to keep part of the contract outside the Framework Agreement up to a total of 20% of the estimated contract value. This scheme is used, for example, in the event of calamities.
