The offer is for comprehensive consultancy in connection with the renovation of the building comprising 208 dwellings listed as "winding" chain houses, built in 4 sections during the period from 1981-1988.
The building has various construction engineering issues that need to be solved. The problems include construction technical faults that must be corrected, homes that are merged or arranged as "accessibility dwellings". In addition, the project includes renovation of sewers and updating of external areas to a lesser extent. A comprehensive plan has been drawn up for the project. The overall plan has been approved by the Landsbyggefonden and Struer Municipality.
Implementation of the overall plan is divided into 2 stages. This tender includes comprehensive advice for both stages, emphasizing that the Landsbyggefonden has currently only financially committed to stage 1, but it is Nordvestbo's expectation that stage 2 can be carried out in the immediate extension of stage 1.
The project is offered in total consultancy as a tender with negotiation. The offer is made, among other things, on the basis of a comprehensive plan prepared by Årstiderne Arkitekter A / S. Based on the overall plan, the total advisor must plan the project, handle the authority treatment, tender of the craftsman's services in professional contracting, cf. The contract basis is ABR18.
The counseling is done in 2 parts. Please refer to the project-specific service description in the tender documentation.
Part 1 includes project management, proposals, government project and tendering project as well as tendering in accordance with the tendering law in professional contracting. Performance is performed for both stages. Part 1 further includes execution and submission of Stage 1.
Part 2 includes project management, execution and delivery of stage 2.
