The district of Prignitz, represented by the real estate management and service company Prignitz, intends to award architectural and engineering services for the construction of a new extension building for the Albert Schweitzer School in Wittenberge.
The extension is to be built as a 1-storey building, not with a basement and at ground level. The materials must be selected in accordance with the Energy Saving Ordinance (EnEV). Preference is given to the renunciation of ETICS.
In the new building, 60 students will be taught by 30 professionals/adults.
Due to the mental and physical limitations of the students at the Albert Schweitzer School, care must be taken to ensure that the 2nd escape route from the classrooms and support rooms is kept as short as possible.
