The district of Prignitz, represented by the real estate management and service company Prignitz, intends to award architectural and engineering services for the construction of a new extension building for the Albert Schweitzer School in Wittenberge.

The extension is to be built as a 1-storey building, not with a basement and at ground level. The materials must be selected in accordance with the Energy Saving Ordinance (EnEV). Preference is given to the renunciation of ETICS.

In the new building, 60 students will be taught by 30 professionals/adults.

Due to the mental and physical limitations of the students at the Albert Schweitzer School, care must be taken to ensure that the 2nd escape route from the classrooms and support rooms is kept as short as possible.

Step-by-step commissioning of work phases 1-3 optionally 4-8 with the exception of services provided by the client himself.

Special services if required:

Service phase 1 Acquisition of documents that are relevant to the project.

Service phase 2 Development and preparation of special building code evidence for preventive and organizational fire protection (fire protection concept).

Performance phase 3 Execution of profitability calculations.

Analysis of alternative variants.

Service phase 7 Examination and evaluation of ancillary offers with effects on the coordinated planning.
