The Contracting Authority wants to purchase establishment of gas transmission pipeline incl. an approximately 44 km long DN 250 mm (10") 55 bar steel gas transmission pipeline from Everdrup (Zealand) to Nørre Alslev (Falster). Receipt of and taking over all Energinet supplied items. Construction of line valve L/V-station and Scraper facilities at Everdrup. Including 80 bar and 55 bar connections to M/R-station. Construction of L/V-station at Egesborg

The Green Gas Lolland-Falster project has the objective to establish a gas network to the islands of Lolland and Falster with gas-supply from the gas network at Zealand. The new gas network will enable collection and distribution of biogas from Lolland-Falster to southern Zealand. The pipeline also enables energy supply to local industry, including the local sugar factories in Nykøbing Falster and Nakskov. The overall project consists of a total of 115 km pipeline and includes 7 M/R and L/V stations and includes crossing water bodies between Zealand and Falster and Falster and Lolland. Gas delivery is expected from September 2024.

The project is split between the transmission operator (Energinet) and distribution operator (Evida), and system boundaries has been defined at Nørre Alslev and in Everdrup. This means that Energinet will own and maintain the pipeline from Everdrup to Nørre Alslev but Evida will balance the system once commissioned. This project covers Energinet’s part of the system, which includes approximately 44 km, 10” pipeline (PE coated) with a wall thickness of 6,35mm between Everdrup and Nørre Alslev, L/V stations at Everdrup and Egesborg and a Scraper station at Everdrup. The crossing between Zealand and Falster will be performed as HDD across Færgestrømmen and Grønsund in another contract which is not part of this tender.

The activities to take place in connection with construction of the onshore gas transmission pipeline from, Compressor station Everdrup at Zealand, to battery limit at M/R-station Nørre Alslev at Falster incl:

• Foundation for M/R-station at Everdrup.

• 80 bar 6” connection between exist. Branch pipe and M/R station.

• L/V- and scraper station at Everdrup, incl tie into M/R-station.

• L/V station Egesborg, inkl. branch pipe to M/R-station.

• At Zealand shore, tie-in to offshore pipeline below Færgestrømmen.

• At Farø shore, tie-in to offshore pipeline below Færgestrømmen.

• At Farø shore, tie-in to offshore pipeline below Grønsund.

• At Falster shore, tie-in to offshore pipeline below Grønsund.

• Finalize the pipeline to battery limit at Nørre Alslev M/R-station.

Also note that the project are subject to an EIA report and the EIA permit (Ҥ 25 tilladelse Gasledning til LollandFalster) sets the environmental framework for the project.
