The object of this contract is the purchase and delivery of foodstuffs in school kitchens managed by the central kitchen of Neuilly-sur-Marne, in order to provide the public school catering service, namely around 3,200 daily meals ( school days). The central kitchen is an autonomous public establishment which manages the school catering of nursery schools, primary schools and retirement homes, in a hot connection. The services give rise to a framework agreement with order forms with no annual minimum and no annual maximum, in application of article R. 2162-2 of the public procurement code. The holder will submit a mandatory variant offer with a listing of the products offered eligible for the “Egalim” law.
