The subject of the contract is a service consisting in providing employees of the National Labour Inspectorate with access to the data of the legal information system in accordance with the "Description of the subject of the contract" constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ and under the conditions specified in the "Model contract", constituting Annex 7 to the SGZ. The system will be used in organizational units of the National Labor Inspectorate located throughout the country.

1. The subject of the contract is a service of access to the databases of the legal information system for employees of organizational units of the National Labour Inspectorate, including:

1.1. Providing access to the databases of the legal information system with the update – from 1 January 2024 to 30 June 2027:

1.1.1 on the Intranet – with the right of simultaneous access for 200 users,

1.1.2.na 90 online posts.

2. Providing a server with the installed System in the version for use in the PIP Intranet and the System in the online version. The server will be delivered and installed at the headquarters of the Contracting Authority – National Labour Inspectorate Chief Labour Inspectorate in Warsaw.

3. Conducting trainings in accordance with the Description of the subject of the contract (Annex 3 to the GSM).
