1. The subject of the order is the reconstruction of the streets: Zajęcza and Peculina in Łódź, broken down into two parts:

1.1. Part 1 - Reconstruction of Zajęcza Street on the section from Strusiej Street to Kasztelańska Street

1.2. Part 2 - Reconstruction of Osoblina Street on the section from Przedświt Street to Kosynierów Gdyńskie Street

The object of the order is the reconstruction of Zajęcza Street on the section from Strusiej Street to Kasztelańska Street in Łódź.

The scope of works includes, among others: demolition works, earthworks, construction of roadways, sidewalks, descents, curbs, edges and resisters, construction of lighting, drainage, network security, height adjustment of fittings, horizontal and vertical marking and greenery works.

Additional guidelines for implementation:

- The Ordering Party plans to make a correction to the mileage of the footpath at the height of property No. 13 — the walkway will be narrowed to a width of 1.5 m and moved away from the roadway behind existing trees. Trees with no. 119, 120, 121 should be provided for leave. The above amendment must be included in the offer.

- the offer should provide for the species of trees for plantings - Common grab 'Fastigiata' — parameters according to the design,

- an attempt should be made to leave trees 9 and 125 (admissible narrowing of the pavement),

- For 2022 PSG sp. z o.o. planned the redevelopment of the gas network throughout the section of Zajęcza Street, in connection with which:

- the reconstruction works of the gas network connection will not be carried out under the contract in question and should not be valued in the offer,

- it will be necessary to coordinate works with the gas network contractor, the estimated duration of the works of PSG sp. z o.o. is 30 days.

The object of the order is the reconstruction of Osoblińska Street on the section from Przedświt Street to Kosynierów Gdyńskie Street in Łódź along with the construction of a rainwater canal in Kosynierów Gdyńskie and Starościńska streets.

The scope of works includes, among others: demolition works, earthworks, construction of roadways, sidewalks, descents, curbs, edges and resisters, construction of a rain canal, lighting, drainage, network protection, height adjustment of fittings, horizontal and vertical marking and work greenery.
