The RBH repairs service is one of our most important functions as a landlord and we aim to deliver the service to a high standard which meets the needs of our tenants. We employ a number of skilled technicians and tradespeople in our repairs teams to undertake necessary repairs to our properties, whether they are responsive or planned repairs.

To ensure our operatives have access to the necessary materials, to an agreed specification, to enable them to facilitate the required repairs in a timely fashion, RBH runs a materials stores facility, based at Moss Bridge Road, Kingsway, Rochdale. The stores facility holds stocks of a wide range of components and materials, including amongst others, heating, plumbing, ironmongery and electrical materials. The purpose of this tender exercise is to award contracts to appropriate suppliers to supply materials to the RBH stores facility. This will be done by means of a multi-lot RBH Framework.
