The subject of the contract is the systematic collection, transport and management of municipal waste from inhabited and uninhabited properties located in the Municipality of Wiązownica, in a way that ensures that the municipality achieves appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reduces the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill.

The subject of the contract also includes educational activities in 4 primary schools in the Wiązownica municipality (Zapałów, Ryszkowa Wola, Piwoda and Mołodycz - in grades I-III and pre-school classes), in the field of proper municipal waste management, in particular in the field of selective waste collection. Educational activities should be carried out in the spring period (May-June). During the term of the contract, a one-time cleaning action of all containers for mixed waste in the city of Wroclaw will be carried out. Szówsko and Wiązownica.

COLLECTION OF MUNICIPAL WASTE FROM PROPERTIES WHERE RESIDENTS OF THE WIĄZOWNICA MUNICIPALITY LIVE, INCLUDES:

Collection, transport and management of solid waste from households.

Reception of segregated waste including biodegradable waste.

Collection of bulky items, electrical and electronic equipment, used tires.

Delivery to households of bags for selective waste collection:

- green color on glass-120 l,

- blue color on paperboard — 120 l,

- yellow for plastics, metals and multi-material packaging – 120 l,

- brown colour for biodegradable waste and green waste —120l,

Equipping PSZOK with appropriate containers is the responsibility of the Contractor.

The point is to enable the collection of separately collected waste, in particular hazardous waste, e.g. expired medicines, used batteries, accumulators, fluorescent lamps, paint packaging, electrical and electronic equipment, bulky waste, tires.

PSZOK should be equipped with appropriate containers and containers enabling selective collection of all fractions, they should be appropriately marked for the appropriate fractions. PSZOK is located at the sewage treatment plant in Wiązownica.

The Contractor will equip PSZOK with the following containers and containers:

Kp 7 - worn tires,

Kp 7 - waste electrical and electronic equipment, fluorescent lamps, waste batteries and accumulators,

Poj. 1200 l - expired drugs and chemicals,

Poj. 1200 l - packaging of plant protection products,

Poj. 1200 l - paper, cardboard, plastics, metals.

Rubble and bulky waste will be stored in bulk.

It will be the Contractor's responsibility to manage the waste collected from PSZOK in Wiązownica by transferring it for recovery or disposal.

NOTE: Mixed waste cannot be returned to the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point.

Frequency of waste collection from PSZOK - according to the needs on a telephone notification.

COLLECTION OF WASTE FROM PROPERTIES WHERE RESIDENTS LIVE

In the Wiązownica commune, there will be a mixed system (container and bag) for the collection of mixed municipal waste and a bag system for segregated waste.

It is the property owner's responsibility to equip the property with a mixed waste container.
