The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to relaunch the consultation relating to the cleaning of the premises of certain buildings of the City of Dammarie-Les-Lys (consultation referenced 2022-04, declared without follow-up). The duration of the framework agreement is one year from the effective date of implementation of the services set at 1 July April 2022.Nevertheless, the parties are contractually linked from the moment of notification of the framework agreement in order to allow sufficient time for the holder to prepare for its implementation.
