Refurbishment of the main building of the Vocational School 1, Spillbrunnenweg 1, 21337 Lüneburg
The BBS I in Lüneburg is being extensively renovated and rebuilt. It is a detached building in Lüneburg. The 3-storey building is built in solid construction using precast concrete elements and masonry walls.
There is the removal of components containing harmful substances and the partial renewal of building services. Furthermore, the replacement of the window facades on the ground floor as well as 1st and 2nd floor, the renewal of ceiling, wall and floor surfaces including acoustic measures.
School replacement buildings in the form of containers are placed on the property.
The construction measures are divided into 7 construction sections and processed one after the other during ongoing school operations.
Noise-intensive work may only take place Monday - Friday from 2.00 p.m., Saturday and all day during the Lower Saxony school holidays.

Dismantling/disposal of existing window and door elements step by step replacement with new windows/façade:
- approx. 65 sqm with height 2.7 + 1.25 m,
Dismantling/disposal of existing window and base sills,
- approx. 17 m aluminium window sill
Installation of new mullion and transom façade with wooden mullions/transbounds and clamped aluminium elements as lean-to structures:
- approx. 65 sqm with height 2.7 + 1.25 m
