The contest is for the procurement of passenger cars, goods vans, and specially adapted vehicles. The vehicles will be used by the home care service and the technical department at the contracting authority.

The value of the contract is estimated to NOK 2 000 000 — NOK 2 500 000 excluding VA. The amount is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.

Lots/groups

Tenders can be submitted for one or several groups. Sub-tenders and alternative tenders cannot be submitted for individual groups, nor alternative tenders.

Tenders can be submitted within the following groups: Group 1: Passenger cars and small goods vans. Group 2: Goods vans, including vehicles for handicap transport.

The contracting authority retains the right to divide the contract between multiple tenderers and to assume all or parts of a tender.

The contract is subject to sufficient financing and administrative and/or political approval.

Contract

The procurement will be regulated by the attached contract with the associated standard terms.

The contract period is expected to be 1 June 2021 00.00 until 31 May 2025 00.00.

The contracting authority will sign contracts with one (1) tenderer for each group.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer is familiar with the contract provisions and makes the necessary internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
