The Zweckverband Personennahverkehr Saarland and the Saarpfalz-Kreis (lot 1 and lot 8) as public authorities for local public transport as competent authorities within the meaning of Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007 in accordance with Art. 5 (1) Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007 i. V. m. Section 8a (1) PBefG as of January 1, 2021 Service contracts within the meaning of Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007 for 8 lots in a competitive process.

Operating periods:

- Lot 1 (N1, N52): 1.1.2021 - 31.7.2021;

- Lot 2 (N2): 1.1.2021 - 31.7.2021;

- Lot 3 (N3): 1.1.2021 - 31.12.2021;

- Lot 4 (N4): 1.1.2021 - 31.12.2029;

- Lot 5 (N5): 1.1.2021 - 31.12.2029;

- Lot 6 (N6): 1.1.2021 - 31.12.2023;

- Lot 7 (N7): 1.1.2021 - 31.12.2021;

- Lot 8 (N51): 1.1.2021 - 31.7.2021.

The transport service is awarded in competition in accordance with the provisions of the GWB and the procurement regulation (VgV). The service contract covers bus transport services (CPV code 60112000) in the area of all districts of the Saarland and the Saarbrücken Regional Association.

The transport service to be awarded includes the night bus routes:

N1 Saarbrücken - Brebach - Fechingen - Eschringen - Ensheim - Heckendalheim - Ommersheim - Aßweiler - Ballweiler - Blickweiler - Blieskastel with a traffic performance of around 2,410 kilometers on schedule for the operating period of seven months (69 working days) and

N52 Blieskastel - Lautzkirchen - Niederwürzbach with a traffic volume of around 1,150 kilometers by schedule for the operating period of seven months (69 working days).

The lead body is the Zweckverband Personennahverkehr Saarland (ZPS). The transport performance consists of one trip per night and line on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. The N1 continues from Blieskastel bus station as N52 to Niederwürzbach.

The transport service to be awarded comprises the night bus line N2 Saarbrücken - Scheidt - Rentrisch - St. Ingbert - Rohrbach - Kirbach - Limbach - Beeden - Homburg - Bexbach with a transport performance of around 3,325 kilometers by schedule for the operating period of seven months (69 working days).

The transport performance consists of one trip per night on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

The transport service to be awarded includes the night bus line N3 Saarbrücken - Spiesen-Elversberg - Neunkirchen - Wiebelskirchen - Ottweiler - Niedlinxweiler - St. Wendel - Niederlinxweiler - Ottweiler - Wiebelskirchen - Neunkirchen - Saarbrücken with a transport performance of around 9,720 timetable kilometers for the year of operation 2021 (113 operating days ).

The transport performance consists of one trip per night on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

The transport service to be awarded includes the night bus line N4 Saarbrücken - Riegelsberg - Heusweiler - Eiweiler - Landsweiler - Lebach - Schmelz - Hüttersdorf - Piesbach - Nalbach - Diefflen - Dillingen with a transport performance of around 6 740 timetable kilometers in the standard year (115 working days).

The transport performance consists of one trip per night on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

The transport service to be awarded comprises the night bus route N5 Saarbrücken - Hostenbach - Schaffhausen - Wadgassen - Bous - Ensdorf - Saarlouis - Roden - Dillingen - Beckingen - Merzig - Besseringen - Mettlach - Saarhölbach with a transport performance of around 6 740 timetable kilometers in the standard year (115 operating days).

The transport performance consists of one trip per night on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

The transport service to be awarded includes the night bus line N6 St. Wendel - Oberlinxweiler - Remmesweiler - Urexweiler - Marpingen - Berschweiler - Alsweiler - Tholey - Theley - Hasborn - Bergweiler - Sotzweiler - Thalexweiler - Aschbach - Lebach with a transport performance of around 5,785 timetable kilometers in the standard year ( 115 working days).

The transport performance consists of one trip per night on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

The transport service to be awarded includes the night bus line N7 St. Wendel - Winterbach - Bliesen - Oberthal - Gronig - Selbach - Neunkirchen / Nahe - Eiweiler (Prims) - Primstal - Lockweiler - Wadern with a transport performance of around 4 135 kilometers by schedule in the year 2021 (113 operating days ).

The transport service to be awarded in the Saarpfalz district includes the night bus route N51 Eschringen - Ormesheim - Wittersheim - Bebelsheim - Ehlingen - Erfweiler - Rubenheim - Herbitzheim - Gersheim - Niedergailbach - Reinheim - Habkirchen - Blies Quantity-Bolchen with a transport performance of around 2,500 kilometers of timetable for the operating period of seven months (69 working days).
