The purpose of the procurement is to cover all ten county governor's needs to arrange and prepare paper-based archive material for submission to the National Archives. The value of the contract for the entire contract period is estimated to amount to approximately 7 000 shelf meters split between the various county governors. The scope is uncertain and will therefore not commit the client, especially because there will always be uncertainty to the extent of the allocation of funds.
