The framework agreement includes IT consultancy with specialized Microsoft Azure competencies for operation, testing, development, maintenance and support of IT systems. The Danish Environment Portal's system portfolio currently consists of 25 systems.

The services covered by the Framework Agreement may also be linked to government IT systems based on Microsoft Azure components.
The purpose of the framework agreement is to support the overall operation, development, maintenance, support and further development of DMP's IT system in order to achieve this. to ensure that Denmark meets the financial and task requirements that DMP is responsible for carrying out on behalf of DMP's affiliated partner organisations. Due to DMP's overall purpose, including in relation to supporting the environmental authorities' task solution, to ensure a uniform and up-to-date data basis in the environmental area, to promote digital procedures in the environmental area and to strengthen dissemination to the public, the tender for the Framework Agreement is carried out as a joint procurement for DMP and the State v/Ministry of the Environment, so that the services, within the purpose of the Framework Agreement, must also be provided to state authorities' IT systems based on Microsoft Azure-komponenter. The framework agreement is managed by DMP.

Support best practices in: Receiving deployment packages, Azure DevOps, Database and code backup, Documentation of applications and infrastructure, Operational and financial optimization of Microsoft Azure, Setup and dismantling of environments, Scaling and capacity management of Azure resources, Reporting, identification of key indicators and reporting on these, including statistics for management info from application monitoring, Logging, monitoring, alerting, etc., including monitoring of subject systems and large 'GIS installations', Implementation of security improvements as well as patching of servers, Filling and maintenance of release log, maintenance of release pipelines, Consultancy in operation and maintenance, support of other development vendors in applications of technologies in MS Azure, Automatic validation of infrastructural routines/configurations, Automated testing, and reporting.
TEST
The test service includes testing in agile and traditional projects, manual and machine tests, preparation and execution of test strategies, planning, implementation and management of tests in Azure DevOps, preparation of test cases based on user stories and other user needs, assistance with communication between project manager, team and business, documentation of tests and advice in automating tests for new development and minor maintenance.
DEVELOPMENT/FURTHER DEVELOPMENT
The development/further development service includes, among other things, application development/further development for the Customer as well as advice on best practice within relevant security standards with a view to the development of web services, web interfaces and application development in general. Development tasks must be solved via an agile and possibly a DevOps development model, which is continuously carried out in iterations in collaboration with the Customer.
SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE
Support and maintenance include 3rd level support as well as maintenance and configuration tasks.
