Jędrzejów County, Włoszczowa County, Jędrzejów Commune, Oksa Commune, Imielno Commune, Małogoszcz Commune, Nagłowice Commune, Sobków Commune, Wodzisław Commune, Moskorzew Commune, Słupia Commune, Kluczewsko Commune, Secemin Municipality and the entities listed in Annex 1 to the SWZ will conclude separate agreements resulting from this public procurement procedure in the open tender procedure for the PURCHASE OF ELECTRICITY FOR THE ELECTRICITY PURCHASE GROUP Detailed information on concluding agreements by individual Communes/Poviats and their organizational units are included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. The selected Contractor shall be obliged to represent the Contracting Authority and its organisational units before the relevant Distribution System Operator in matters related to the notification of a change of seller. To perform the above-mentioned activities, the Contractor will receive an appropriate power of attorney (Annex 4.1 to the SWZ)
The Contracting Authority shall act on his own behalf and on the basis of a signed agreement (agreement for inspection at the premises of the Contracting Authority), on behalf of:

Order — purchase of electricity for the facilities listed in Annex 1 to SWZ:
The estimated electricity demand in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2025 is 21 727 357 kWh.
The estimated value of the contract in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2025 is PLN 16,295,517.75.
The performance of the activities arising from the power of attorney constituting part 1 of the Designed Agreement (part 4.1 of SWZ), in particular the Contractor obliges the Contractor to notify the designated Distribution System Operator to implement the sales contract concluded with the Contractor electricity, the submission of statements of will and the determination on behalf of the Contracting Authority of all necessary information in the field of termination of the existing contract for the sale of electricity and the provision of distribution services (comprehensive agreement), representation of the Contracting Authority before the competent Operator of the Distribution System in matters related to the conclusion of a distribution service contract.
The Ordering Party informs that the process of changing the seller takes place for most collection points once again. For collection points with another change of seller, the contracts are valid until 31.12.2023, there is no need to terminate these contracts, in the case of points with the first change of the seller, comprehensive contracts concluded for a definite or indefinite period apply, information on notice periods is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. All points that undergo the procedure of changing the seller once again have separate contracts for the sale and distribution of electricity. Metering and settlement systems in tariff groups B11 and B23 are adapted to the TPA principle
