2. The subject of the contract is the provision of services related to the receipt of municipal waste from inhabited and uninhabited properties in the Gmina Marcinowice, where municipal waste is created and from the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (PSZOK) in Marcinowice, as well as their zoning. Contractor will be obliged to receive
and development in the manner and with the frequency specified in the SWZ each quantity of the following types of municipal waste:
- municipal waste mixed (20 03 01),
- municipal waste collected selectively containing fractions of paper and cardboard, metals, plastics, glass packaging and multi-material packaging, biodegradable waste, biodegradable kitchen waste (collected at source) (15 01 01 02, 15 01 02, 15 01 04, 15 01 04, 15 01 05, 15 01 05, 15 01 06, 15 01 07, 20 01 01, 20 01 02, 20 01 39, 20 01 40, 20 01 99, 20 02 01.20 01 08),
- other unlisted waste (20 03 99)
-waste deposited in PSZOK
The subject of the contract is the provision of services related to the receipt of municipal waste from inhabited and uninhabited properties in the Gmina Marcinowice, where municipal waste is created and from the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (PSZOK) in Marcinowice, as well as their 4. During the period indicated in point 1 above, the Contractor will be obliged to receive and use in the manner and with the frequency specified in the SWZ of each quantity of the following municipal waste types:
-municipal waste mixed (20 03 01),
-municipal waste collected selectively containing fractions of paper and cardboard, metals, plastics, glass packaging and multi-material packaging, biodegradable waste, biodegradable kitchen waste (collected at source) (15 01 01 02, 15 01 02, 15 01 04, 15 01 04, 15 01 05, 15 01 05, 15 01 06, 15 01 07, 20 01 01, 20 01 02, 20 01 39, 20 01 40, 20 01 99, 20 02 01.20 01 08),
-other unlisted waste (20 03 99)
as well as the collection and management of any quantity of municipal waste deposited in PSZOK in Marcinowice, covering the following types of municipal waste:
-packages containing or contaminated residues of hazardous substances (e.g. plant protection products I and II toxicity classes - very toxic and toxic) (15 01 10*),
-worn tyres (16 01 03),
- minor repair waste: concrete waste and concrete rubble from demolitions and repairs, brick rubble, building glass (17 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 02 02),
-insulating materials other than those mentioned in 17 06 01 and 17 06 03 (17 06 04),
-consumed chemicals other than those mentioned in 16 05 06, 16 05 07 or 16 05 08 (16 05 09),
-batteries and batteries other than those mentioned in 20 01 33 (20 01 34),
-consumed electrical and electronic equipment other than those mentioned in 20 01 21, 20 01 23 and 20 01 35 (20 01 36),
-large waste (20 03 07),
- municipal waste collected selectively containing fractions of paper and waste paper, metals, plastics, glass packaging and multi-material packaging (15 01 01, 15 01 04, 15 01 04, 15 01 05, 15 01 07, 20 01 01, 20 01 39),
- clothing and textiles (20 01 10, 20 01 11),
- waste plant mass (02 01 03),
-biodegradable kitchen waste (20 01 08)
-Biodegradable waste (20 02 01).
The tasks of the Contractor will also include:
-equipment of the property with municipal waste containers — in accordance with Annex 4 to SWZ,
-purchase and distribution of waste bags collected selectively - in accordance with Annex 4 to the SWZ,
-drawing up schedules for the collection of municipal waste and their distribution,
-Monitoring the regularity of the declared selective collection of municipal waste by property owners.
The Contractor is responsible for achieving levels of recovery of municipal waste taking into account the levels of recovery indicated in the law of 13 September 1996 on maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (t.j.Dz. U. of 2021 item 888 as amended), Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 3 August 2021 on the method of calculating the levels of preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste OJ 2021 item 1530 and the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 15 December 2017 on the levels of limitation of the mass storage of municipal waste submitting biodegradation (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2412).
