This framework agreement is concluded within the framework of a control group composed of the following communities: Douaisis agglo, Commune of Anhiers, Commune of Brunémont, Commune of Bugnicourt, Commune of Cantin, Commune of Cuincy, Municipality of Erchin, Commune of Esquerchin and Commune of Râches. A constitutive agreement defines the operating procedures of the grouping in articles L2113-6 and L2113-7 of the Public Procurement Code. Douaisis agglo has been appointed coordinator of the group and has received a mandate from the constituent members of the group to launch the consultation, assign the framework agreement, sign and notify it to the holder selected in the name and on behalf of each member of the group. However, each member of the grouping remains competent for the implementation of this Framework Agreement, for the part which concerns it and one deed of commitment per member will be signed
The purpose of this Framework Agreement is to provide benefits for the mowing of herbaceous plants and the clearing of woody plants on parcels belonging to Douaisis agglo and/or on sites recognised as being of Community interest or made available to the Community and on parcels belonging to the municipalities which are members of the group.The benefits shall be subject of a framework agreement in accordance with Articles R2162-1 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the CMP with or without a minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount defined as follows for all members: Annual minimum amount 20,500 euro (s) Htt/year and Maximum annual amount: 541 500 euro (s) Htt/Year. The details of the amounts per member of the group are defined in the consultation regulations and in the documents of the consultation file
