The contract includes the energetic and functional renovation of a building complex at Hillstrasse 1-7 in EUPEN.
It is an assignment for a PROJECT AUTHOR TEAM that includes:
- a complete architectural assignment
- a full assignment as Consulting Engineer for Energy and Environmental Strategy (EUS)
- a complete engineering contract for the structural engineering mission
- a complete engineering contract for the mission of special technologies
- a complete assignment as an acoustician
- a mandate for compliance with the regulations on the energy efficiency of buildings (feasibility study + PEB manager)
- a mandate to carry out safety and health coordination (project and execution phase).
It classically includes the complete planning and monitoring of the work up to the final acceptance, as well as:
- the sanitary analysis of existing buildings after the floods in July 2021
- surveying the buildings and the surrounding area, as well as all the surveys necessary for the submission of permits (utility works, etc.)
- the detailed program
The services of the surveyor are an integral part of the present order.

budget
For the execution of the work, the contracting authority has a budget of € 5,000,000 including VAT (21%). This budget shall include the work as described in the procurement documents.
