Knowsley Housing Trust (KHT) sought bids from appropriate organisations to establish a framework of suppliers to provide the supply of commercial vehicles to replace the vehicles used by the in-house maintenance team.

The tender and subsequent framework consists of 2 lots:

— lot 1: Contract Hire,

— lot 2: Flexible Rental.

The outcome of the tender process was a 4 year Framework Agreement expected to commence September 2018.

This procurement exercise was led by KHT for itself and on behalf of the other members of the First Ark Group, references to KHT/First Ark/the Group should be construed accordingly.

To provide the supply of commercial vehicles to replace the vehicles used by the in-house maintenance team on a contract hire basis.
