The contracting authority in this procurement is Salangen Municipality (municipality number 5417), which is the host municipality for the inter-municipal cooperation on ICT (Astafjord ICT). The cooperation covers Salangen, Lavangen and Gratangen Municipalities.

The contracting authority would like to use this procurement to establish a framework agreement with a tenderer who can take on a LSP role for Salangen municipality, which is the host municipality for the inter-municipal cooperation in ICT (Astafjord IKT). The cooperation covers Salangen, Lavangen and Gratangen Municipalities.

The contracting authority currently has a combination of agreements and licenses from Microsoft. The contracting authority currently has two MBSA from Microsoft via the existing LSP. Of these licences, Office Pro, Office 365 and CAL licences are relevant. Microsoft Azure is used for cloud services.

Tenderers must be able to assist with the procurement of licences and services from Microsoft, as well as make choices regarding licence types and control counting, etc.
