Pre-sorting, collection, franking, transportation and delivery of letters, as well as documentation of delivered letters. It is assumed that the bidders/bidder groups make use of Deutsche Post AG's services in the context of letter transport for partial services in accordance with Section 11 (1) in conjunction with Section 28 (1) PostG. This is expressly permitted, but not absolutely necessary. Bidders/bidding groups can also provide all partial services themselves in full or have them performed by subcontractors. If the bidder/group of bidders claims partial services from Deutsche Post AG, the general terms and conditions of Deutsche Post AG apply in this respect. In the event of a contract being concluded, the contractor must present the partial performance contracts.
