The subject of the contract is maintenance of cleanliness and sanitation services in urban areas and related services.

The subject of the contract includes:

1) Service of tree and shrub care within 12 months, in agreement with the Ordering Party.

2) Repair, maintenance and maintenance of playground equipment and elements of small architecture in the period of 12 months.

3) Service for lawns during the growing season in the period of 7 months (from April to October).

4) Plant planting and maintenance of green areas in the period of 7 months (from April to October).

5) Cleaning and sanitary services in the period of 7 months (from April to October),

The Contractor undertakes that persons performing activities in the scope of the implementation of the subject of the contract consisting in the direct performance of works: activities related to planting and care of plants, lawn care, activities related to repair, maintenance and maintenance of playground equipment and elements of small architecture, snow removal and cleaning of green areas will be employed by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract within the meaning of Article 22 § 1 Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code or the corresponding form of employment specified in the regulations of the Member States of the European Union or the European Economic Area.

1. The contract provides for the possibility of awarding, within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract, to the current Contractor of the services covered by it, a contract consisting in the repetition of services falling within the scope of the basic contract.

2. The Contracting Authority provides that the scope of services to be performed under the contract,

referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law shall not exceed 20% of the value of the basic contract.

3. The contract referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law may be awarded if the Contracting Authority has the financial means to continue providing the services, when their further performance, to the extent exceeding the basic contract, proves necessary.

4. The contract awarded pursuant to Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law shall be performed on the basis of the principles set out in the basic agreement.

5. In the invitation to negotiations, the contracting authority shall specify the required scope and deadline for the performance of the contract referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law.

6. Only the price for the performance of the contract will be subject to negotiations. The contract referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law shall be awarded to the Contractor of the basic contract only if the Contractor will reliably perform the basic contract, accept the continuation of the services under the existing conditions to the extent and time required by the Contracting Authority, and the parties - during the negotiations - reach an agreement on the price for their further performance.
