This contract is an order contract placed for the quantities presumed to be included in the quantity survey. All data are provided for information purposes only without any commitment on the part of the contracting authority. The notification of the award of the contract to the successful tenderer does not therefore commit the contracting authority to place orders with him for a minimum overall amount. The contracting authority reserves the right to adapt its orders to the evolution of its needs. Only the sending of an order reference, by email or post, confers the right and obligation on the successful bidder to supply the quantities indicated therein at the place specified therein. The identity of the authorized person is communicated to the successful bidder at the time of each order.

Place of delivery: Technical services of the City, Avenue de Veszprém 5 in 1340 Ottignies-Louvain-la-Neuve

Start of the market: the start date of the contract takes effect from the notification for a period of 4 years

Supplies of "B7 road diesel"

Comment: Indicative estimated quantity = +/- 70,000 liters per year, or +/- 280,000 liters for 4 years.
