The Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Provider/s for the provision of various bespoke sterile customised Procedure Packs. The successful contractor; either a manufacturer of part or all the pack contents; or third-party assembler, will need to acquire all the products for each pack and assemble as an ongoing service to ensure continuity of supply for the duration of the contract. The contract will be split into 3 Lots comprising General Surgery, Interventional Radiology and Critical Care. Potential Providers can bid for one or multiple Lots. The Trust envisage the contract to be an initial 3 year Agreement with 2 x 12 month potential extension periods. Annual Spend is approximately 600 000 GBP across all Lots.

Lot 1) General and Orthopaedic Surgery — Spend 400 000 GBP.

Lot 2) Interventional — Spend 100 000 GBP.

Lot 3) Critical Care — Spend 100 000 GBP.
