The purpose of this assignment is to appoint a designer for the exterior construction of the spacious surroundings of park rail Essen. This involves a complete redevelopment of the project area, located between the Grensstraat in the north, the railways to the east, the Viaduct/Moerkantsebaan in the south and the Hemelrijk in the west.
