Provision of a complete package of surveying, supply and installation services for ventilation upgrades to Thirteen Group housing stock including extractor fans, positive input ventilation (PIV) and heat recovery units.

Provide surveys and reports in a timely manner including recommendations. The ability to supply a range of ventilation options including extractor fans, PIV and heat recovery units. Provide an installation service for all the products offered. The products must be accompanied with a significant warranty period which the supplier will be responsible for responding to should the need arise. Supply and fit service will take the form of both reactive, one-off installs across the geographical areas in which Thirteen Group owns properties and larger scale planned investment projects.
