The scope and purpose of the procurement.

The tender contest involves a framework agreement for the delivery contractor services The chosen contractor shall be able to provide the following professions with his own or external human resources (not exhaustive):

— Builder/carpenter/joiner;

— Masonry/sheathing/tiling;

— Painting/wallpapering/floor laying;

— Flashing and guttering;

— Roofer;

— Passive fire protection.

The contracting authority also has framework agreements for other disciplines. If relevant other framework agreement contractors can be transported to an assignment (electrician, plumber, ventilation, etc.). The annual estimated value of the procurement is between 10 000 000 NOK and 14 000 000 NOK, excluding VAT. The volume is very difficult to estimate as we do not know what projects there will be in the coming 4 years. The value must therefore be considered an estimate and is not binding. The volume can vary a lot from year to year.

The Contracting Authority intends to enter into a parallel agreements with three contractors, provided that sufficient suitable tenders are received.
