The subject of the contract is the service of collection and disposal of medical waste with waste codes 18 01 01, 18 01 02*, 18 01 03*, 18 01 04, 18 01 06*, 18 01 07, 18 01 08*, 18 01 09, 18 01 10*, 18 01 82*, 15 02 02*, 15 01 10* from the collection points listed in the annex to the SWZ, for a maximum period of 24 months

3. Provincial Medical Rescue Station in Łódź in the period 04.2023 – 31.03.2025

medical waste collection and neutralization service for the M. Pirogow Provincial Specialist Hospital in Łódź in the period 04.2023 – 31.03.2025

- In the price of the service, the Contractor will provide (applies to the facility at 191/195 Wólczańska Street) appropriate quantities of disposable, lockable red containers of 60 liters (+/- 10 liters) for the collection and storage of hazardous waste by the ordering party (applies to code 18.01.02). The number of containers will depend on the current needs of the Ordering Party. The contracting authority expects to fill about 25 containers per month

- In the price of the service, the Contractor will be obliged to equip the Hospital with a cooling container of at least 22 m3. Adapted for the collection and storage of medical waste. Cleaning and disinfection of the container within the scope of the Contractor and at its own expense in accordance with sanitary requirements after each emptying.
