Procurement of external archival storage

At present, the pharmaceutical agency has about 12,000 shelf metres of non-thinkable archival material that is desired to be kept at an external supplier. The archive premises must comply with the National Archives and the Authority for Community Protection and Preparedness (MSB) requirements for archive premises. The Agency assesses that the scope of the archival material is constant, but if documents can be accessed over time.

The service shall include the following:

• On-site storage that meets the National Archive and MSB's requirements for archive premises. Scope is approximately 12-13,000 shelf meters which are constituted by conservation documents and are judged to be constant throughout the contract period

• Recovery of archival materials and access to list via IT support

• Order of archival materials as necessary to and from supplier
