The company building (BGH) will receive a new underground car park to the east of Pfingstweidpark. The BGH will be dismantled down to the load-bearing structure and the existing basement to 4th floor will be statically strengthened. Two additional storeys will be built on top of the existing building, with a dominant cantilever in the direction of (north) Pfingstweidstrasse. The 6th floor will receive a new roof structure with waterproofing membranes, insulation layers and sheet metal connections. In addition, new fixtures will be created and the substrate will be landscaped.
