The subject of the present procurement procedure for the sale of partial areas of the conversion area of the Hohenbergkaserne are areas that are within the scope of the future development plan "Hohenbergkaserne-Mitte". The subject of the present procurement procedure are the construction areas I to III according to the general plan with the following sizes:

- Construction site I: approx. 6 095 m 2 ,

- Construction site II: approx. 6 105 m 2 and

- Construction site III: approx. 2,830 m 2 .
