The purpose of this consultation is to entrust an operator with the responsibility of maintaining and operating the thermal and aeraulic facilities in the community. Installation means:

— thermal and aeraulic installations to ensure the production of heating and domestic hot water;

— systems for air treatment, air conditioning and controlled mechanical ventilation. In addition, the operator will be responsible for corrective maintenance of community facilities through the supply and replacement of spare parts upon request. The supply will be made through a framework agreement to purchase orders in accordance with the particulars indicated in the unit price slip or, where applicable, via the catalogues.

A visit to the sites is mandatory: conditions laid down in the consultation regulations.

This contract is established with a lump sum part (FPGF) and a Master Purchase Order Agreement (BPU) part.

Homogeneous services allowing advantageous economic conditions and facilities for monitoring execution by municipal services justify the non-allotment of the market.
