The procedure is aimed at the stipulation of a contract concerning the armed active surveillance services for the security and installation of two radio links and related maintenance at the headquarters of CNPADC, located in Rome, Via Mantova 1, under the conditions all expressly established in this Specification, in the Special Descriptive and Performance Specifications and in the Contract Scheme.
