The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of 455 solar installations for generating energy from renewable sources, using solar energy in households within the municipality of Wronki with a total capacity of 1.98 MW. Therefore, the final recipients (users of the installation) will be residents of the municipality implementing the umbrella project co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund under the Greater Poland Regional Operational Programme for the period 2014 to 2020.
As a result of these activities, photovoltaic installations will be placed in 455 households of residents of the municipality of Wronki on residential buildings, outbuildings
and on soil, which will be characterized by the following installed capacity:
(a) 252 installations with a capacity of 3,74 kW — a total of 942,48 kW (based on 11 photovoltaic panels),
(b) 203 installations with a capacity of 5.10 kW — a total of 1035,30 kW (based on 15 PV panels).

The subject of the contract includes in particular:
1) the supply and installation of 455 pieces of photovoltaic installations together with the execution of all necessary construction and assembly works on the premises of the indicated property
in the municipality of Wronki,
2) the operation of the installation and the execution of test commissions of the installations and measurements in accordance with applicable law and technical standards,
3) the development of documentation of post-construction installed photovoltaic installations necessary to report their connection to the network (e.g. electrical systems schemes of facilities showing how to connect the installation, technical specifications and performance characteristics of all devices included in the installation set/directory cards),
4) notification of 455 pcs of photovoltaic installations mounted on private property of households located within the municipality of Wronki to the relevant Distribution Network Operator in order to connect them to the network.
As a result of these activities, photovoltaic installations will be placed in 455 households of residents of the municipality of Wronki on residential buildings, outbuildings
and on soil, which will be characterized by the following installed capacity:

The main objective of the project is to support the transition to a low-carbon economy in all sectors by increasing the level of energy production from renewable sources. According to
with Contest Regulations No RPWP.03.01.01-IZ-00-30-001/17, the total maximum installed capacity shall not exceed 2,00 MWe/MWth for 455 households under the funding scheme.

The essence of the construction of photovoltaic installations is to use the energy of the sun to achieve an ecological and energy effect for the Municipality of Wronka. Accordingly, the mount of the above
by the Contractor the installations should allow to achieve the assumed ecological effect
and energy.
As a result of the project in question, the following indicators will be achieved:
A. Product indicator - the number of built units of electricity generation from RES - 455 pcs
B. Results indicators:
a. Additional capacity to generate electricity from renewable sources - 1.98 MWe
b. Estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions - 1365.76 tonnes CO2/year equivalent
c. Electricity production from newly built RES installations - 1,898,06 MWhe/year
Specifically, the object of the contract is specified in the Annexes to the Specification of the Conditions of the Procurement, the description of the object of the contract, the technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of works, the objects of a view character, the model technical elaborations , the designed provisions of the contract.
