Aims:

To enable vulnerable older people at Matilda Place and Danemark Court who are in need of housing, care and support to maintain their independence and maximise their health and well-being on a long-term basis.

To ensure the on site presence of suitably trained staff team, 24 hours a day to provide a unified care and support service at Matilda Place and Danemark Court.

To ensure Service Users' needs, requirements and views are at the forefront of service development and delivery and to work within the personalisation agenda.
