The subject of the contract is: "Task No. 1 - purchase of a brand new bus with an engine meeting the Euro 6 standard, intended for the transport of people category M3, class III". The bus must have 33 seats + driver. The bus must be brand new, complete, free from construction, material, workmanship and legal defects, produced in 2022 or 2023. The bus must have the legally required approvals. "Task No. 2 - purchase of a brand new bus, designed to transport people with electric drive category M3". The bus must have a total of 22 seats, including: 16 seated, 6 standing, space for a wheelchair, + 1 driver. The bus must be brand new, complete, free from defects in construction, material, workmanship and legal matters, manufactured in 2022 or 2023. The bus must have the legally required approvals. The bus must have the legally required approvals. 1) The detailed scope and manner of implementation of the subject of the contract is specified in the subject specification of the terms of the contract and the draft contract constituting Annex 6 SWZ (including Annex 3 to the draft contract - description of the technical specification of buses for Assembly No. 1 and Contract No. 2). 2) The Order will be implemented with the participation of funds from the Government Fund Polish Governance: Strategic Investment Programme. 3) The Ordering Party requires a guarantee and warranty for the subject of the contract for a minimum period of 2 years. Guarantee and warranty for Zad. No. 1 and Zad. no. 2 (for the motor/electric drive, all components of the bus, including the proper functioning of the bus, material and manufacturing defects and body used for transporting passengers) counting from the date of signing the acceptance protocol with a mileage limit of 200,000 for the entire period of validity. Note: The warranty period is a criterion for evaluating offers. Detailed information on the method of evaluating offers is included in point 21 of the SWZ. The guarantee for corrosion perforation of the body is not a criterion for the evaluation of tenders. 2. Deadline for the contract: 11 months from the date of signing the contract, for Zad.
