The subject of the order is successive fuel delivery:

- ecological diesel fuel standard,

- Pb 95 unleaded petrol,

- Pb 98 unleaded petrol,

- light heating oil

to PKS petrol station in Stalowa Wola SA located in Janów Lubelski at ul. Bohaterów Porytowego Wzgórza 25d, POLAND and in Stalowa Wola at ul. Ofiar Katynia 30, POLAND. The supplied fuels must comply with the requirements of Polish standards, as well as all regulations specifying the quality requirements for liquid fuels. The fuels offered must meet the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of October 9, 2015 regarding quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of October 23, 2015, item 1680).

The subject of the order is the gradual supply of fuels for the needs of PKS w Stalowa Wola SA:

1) structure I - PKS Fuel Station in Stalowa Wola SA located in Janów Lubelski at ul. Bohaterów Portowego Wzgórza 25d, POLAND, equipped with tanks:

- 2 underground tanks on Pb 95 with a capacity of 20 200 dm 3 each,

- 1 underground tank on Pb 98 with a capacity of 9,800 dm 3 .

- 2 underground tanks for diesel oil with a capacity of 1 x 20,000 dm 3 and 1 x 19,570 dm 3 .

- 1 underground tank for heating diesel oil with a capacity of 9,950 dm 3 ;

2) structure II - PKS Fuel Station in Stalowa Wola SA located in Stalowa Wola at ul. Ofiar Katynia 30, POLAND, equipped with tanks:

- 1 underground tank on Pb 95 with a capacity of 10,000 dm 3 .

- 3 underground tanks for diesel oil with a capacity of 2 x 20,000 dm 3 and 1 x 10,000 dm 3

- 1 underground tank for heating diesel oil with a capacity of 10,000 dm 3 .

The minimum size of planned fuel orders:

- ecological diesel - standard - 3,000,000 liters,

- 95 lead unleaded petrol - 1,100,000 liters,

- Pb 98 unleaded petrol - 70,000 liters,

- light heating oil - 16,000 liters.

Maximum size of planned fuel orders:

- ecological diesel - standard - 3,700,000 liters,

- Pb 95 unleaded petrol - 1 500 000 liters,

- Pb 98 unleaded petrol - 100,000 liters,

- light heating oil - 21,000 liters.
