The procurement will be divided into three (3) subassemblies, with the first subunit being demolition of high and medium voltage lines, clearing of low voltage lines, vowing and felling of edging trees, collection and transport of clearing debris, other clearing and inspection work and supply of electricity. The second sub-entity is the logging assistance reception service and the third sub-entity is helicopter sawing
Tenderers are requested to complete and return the eligibility and ESPD forms when applying for participation.
The contract includes the following services in 2019 and 2020. In addition, the contract includes an option to provide such services in 2021 and 2022:
- clearing of the bottom of high voltage lines (110 kV),
- clearing the bottom of medium voltage (20 kV) lines,
- clearing of low-voltage overhead lines (0,4 kV),
- clearing of low-voltage (0.4 kV) low voltage conductive wire (AMKA) lines,
- vomiting of edges of medium voltage conductor areas (20 kV),
- fall of edge trees adjacent to low and medium voltage conductors,
- collecting and transporting clearing scraps to a collection point,
- any other clearance work or clearance test,
- use of other tools at the tenderer's disposal,
- logging assistance in the vicinity of medium voltage (20 kV) lines,
- wood felling aid in the vicinity of low voltage lines (0,4 kV),
- emergency clearance in case of storm threat.
The contract includes the receipt of orders for logging assistance by telephone, e-mail or electronic form as well as notifications to the power line of trees posing a risk, registration of orders to the contractor's task management system, and forwarding to the logging and clearing contractor21 in 2019 and 2020.
The contract includes helicopter grafting of medium-voltage wireframe curbs along the entire frame, as well as high-voltage (110 kV) curbside curb trimming in 2019 and 2020. In addition, the contract includes an option to deliver the aforementioned services in 2021 and 2022.
