The public contract is single-awarded and takes the form of a flat-rate contract for the performance of recurring multi-technical operation and maintenance services and the form of a framework agreement giving rise to the award of subsequent contracts without minimum or maximum for so-called exceptional services such as these services are described in the functional and technical specifications (CCFT).

The purpose of this consultation is to conclude a public contract for the performance of multi-technical operations and maintenance services within the meaning of FDX 60-000.
