Separate parallel framework agreements will be established for architect and engineering design services for building and construction (part I) and roads, water and sewage (part II). The framework agreements are intended to cover most of the contracting authority's need for the services in question. The contracting authority has the right, but is not obliged, to use the framework agreement. The contracting authority can, thus, hold separate contests for assignments when appropriate. Some assignments can also be carried out by the contracting authority.

Lot I - building and construction:

The contracting authority would like to establish up to three parallel framework agreements with companies that can provide architect and engineering design services, provided that there are a sufficient number of suitable tenders from qualified tenderers in the contest.

The framework agreements are intended to cover most of the contracting authority's continual need for architect and engineering design services within building and construction. The contracting authority has the right, but is not obliged, to use the framework agreement. Bjørnafjorden Municipality can, thus, hold separate contests for assignments when appropriate. Some assignments can also be carried out by the contracting authority.
