A new center is being built on the Markus site, consisting of a community center with a parish office and a day care center with 4 groups. Following the dismantling and demolition of the existing buildings, existing media supplies, such as gas, water and electricity, will be redeveloped and relocated. The church and the annex with the heating centre in the basement will remain in place.

For the supply and disposal of the new buildings, the technical facilities contain outdoor areas of the dirty and precipitation water pipes. The pipe trenches are manufactured on site and refilled with pressure testing after installation. Dirty water is disposed of into the street canals, precipitation and surface drainage through bottom inlets and gutters are disposed of via a cistern into a separation system in the street channel. The cistern contains a pumping system for watering the garden without replenishment.

The cistern also serves as flood protection and is dimensioned accordingly.
