Waverley Borough Council (WBC) intends to commission a specialist building surveying or similar consultancy firm to carry out an up-to-date stock condition survey of their housing portfolio, to update the data held and provide a more accurate assessment of current condition, defects / backlog repairs and forecast maintenance / investment requirements, based on current actual rather than assumed condition.

This tender is being run following the Open procedure in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, 2015 No. 102, PART 2, CHAPTER 2, SECTION 3, Regulation 27).
