In general, it can be stated that the services to be performed can be described in the broadest sense of the word as study services, designs, detailed studies, implementation studies and related support to the study services of the contracting authority, and this at least for the following subjects:

- HVAC (incl. Plumbing)

- Electricity

- Lab gases

After the contract has been awarded by the contracting authority, a framework agreement will be concluded with 3 contractors (if the number of suitable tenders is sufficiently large), after which the contracting authority can award contracts (orders) for specific projects.

In application of Article 43§5.2 O Public Procurement Act, contracts are awarded to contractors in 2 ways:

1. At the 1st ranked

2. To the winner of the mini competition
