Provision to the Administration of the Principality of Asturias and its autonomous bodies, as well as the public entities and public entities adhered, of the insurance broker service

The tender budget, understood as the maximum limit of expenditure that the contracting authority may commit under the contract (art. 100 LCSP), is ZERO EUROS, since this contract does not entail a direct economic cost for the Administration, which will not pay any price to the successful tenderer, which will receive a commission directly from the corresponding insurance company, in the terms established in clause 6.4 of the specification of particular administrative clauses.
