this consultation concerns a framework agreement with purchase orders for the realization of all the naturalistic studies necessary for the implementation of development projects carried out by Nîmes Métropole. The holder of this framework agreement will be required to accompany Nîmes Métropole with the services leading to development projects in order to ensure the proper integration of ecological issues within the development projects carried by Nîmes Métropole, and in particular to implement the sequence “Avoid, Reduce, Compensate” (erc) resulting from the environmental legislation. As an indication, a forecast schedule of the various development projects and studies to be carried out throughout the duration of the framework agreement is presented in the Special Technical Clauses (C.C.T.P).

the holder of this framework agreement will be required to carry out all the naturalistic studies related to these development projects, including the following missions: Ecological Pre-Diagnosis; Ecological Note for the Case by Case File; Ecological Diagnosis (Naturalist Inventory); Ecological Control of Preparatory Operations; ecological impacts of the project and measures to be implemented to conserve biodiversity (ecological/natural component of the impact study - vnei); Application for clearing authorization; Exemption file for destruction of protected species; Assistance in drafting the ecological component of the WFD and the analysis of offers; Technical notice Ecological requirements before work; Ecological monitoring of the site; Legal and regulatory analysis; Assistance in the development or validation of the management plan.

With regard to the competences of the Nîmes Metropole agglomeration community, the development projects carried out by Nîmes Métropole mainly concern:

- projects of installations of economic activity zones on the Actiparcs carried out by the Planning and Habitat Directorate,

- projects to requalify (change of geometry, creation of new routes) of economic activity areas on the Actiparcs carried by the Directorate of Economic Development,

- projects for the development/restructuring of water treatment and sanitation networks and equipment and the creation of flood control devices (gift) carried out by the Water Directorate,

- projects for the extension and creation of public transport in own site, a multimodal exchange hub, and parking relays carried out by the Mobility Directorate,

- projects for renovation, extension or creation of waste, carried out by the Directorate of the Collection and Treatment of Household Waste.
